About Synchronicity Psychotherapy

Synchronicity is about synching up.  It’s about helping my clients envision who their best, healthiest self is, and then guiding them through a journey to get there.  It’s about the process of synchronizing who you are in the present moment, with the healthiest and most self-actualized version of yourself. 

My breadth of knowledge and experience is wide and diverse, but I’m most at home helping people going through transitions, and I’m also skilled at treating mood disorders — like depression and bipolar disorder — and trauma.   I’m experienced working with people from all walks of life, and have considerable training and expertise working with LGBTQ clients.  

My approach is collaborative, and emphasizes building a healthy and productive therapeutic relationship. I use mindfulness based practices in my work, and utilize methods from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, and humanistic, person-centered modalities.
